He is an Ishta Trained teacher currently at the 500hr level training, teaching both private clients and at Hosh Yoga, and previously the Urban Yoga Foundation. James’ Classes are rigorous, strength, and heat building, linking and sequencing many postures together, but balanced, and light hearted. The idea is to leave the class feeling the lightness of life that we can all attain, through consistent, and dedicated focus.
